More and more often, the companies decide to take an advantage of business simulations - strategic games, in order to support the development of their employees' abilities. Such programs make participants involved in emotional and mental way. Participation in such simulations guarantees a great practice in management, integration and motivation to activity in everyday work in a company. There are many companies in banking and insurance sector, which take advantages of virtual business simulations.

So-called virtual business surrounding, based on advanced computer programs, are more and more often applied in trainings and integration projects. Participants act as boards of directors in virtual companies.

The team representing Ukraine achieved the best results at the GMC 2009 international final. The competition took place on 17-18 May 2010, in Khanty-Maniysk (Russia).
