Companies, which search for non-standard Employer Branding solutions in the student environment, and which are planning to recruit students, are encouraged by us to sponsor the student teams in the GMC contest.
Each year, we invite economical and technological universities of Poland to participate, which is preceded by a promotion campaign at the educational institutions. We recruit students from more than 60 universities, where, with support of research groups and student associations, we look for teams willing to participate in the contest.
Accordingly with your requirements, we specify the student profiles and we search for teams that would suit your needs. Additionally, we put emphasis on promotion of your company among students, also using the student media carriers.
All participants are active young people, who, participating in the contest, want to get information on their potential employers, and participating in the GMC, they are able to show their knowledge and skills to the companies engaged. The students appreciate the involvement of GMC sponsors and their participation in the project.
You can engage in closer contact with „your” team. At the same time, as a sponsor, you are not obliged to cooperate with the team members.
